Jean-Yves Martineau is a veteran technology executive and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience across e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. Known for his unique ability to bridge business strategy, design and storytelling, and technical execution, Jean-Yves approaches technology leadership much like a master chef running a restaurant. He can craft the vision and strategy (the menu), set up the systems and processes (the kitchen), and roll up his sleeves to work alongside the team, teaching and empowering them to thrive.

Previously, he co-founded and led Cactus Commerce, scaling it from a three-person start-up to a global company, and partnered with Microsoft to develop Microsoft Commerce Server, the company's first e-commerce platform.
